There are so many incredible things going on in the Detroit area, so I focused on the greener options that are family friendly.

Fun with Our Feathered Friends, Independence Oaks Nature Center
Play games, hike and learn about our native birds that live in our backyard.

Fall Family Fun Camping at the Haunted Hollows at Groveland Oaks

Run to Raise Money for the Zoo at The Detroit Zoo
Get some exercise and help the animals at the zoo with 5K & 10K runs and a 1 mile fun run
8am $25-$35 register 

{September 21}
Stargaze at the Kensington Metropark
The Great Lakes Astronomy Association Astronomy Club brings their knowledge and telescopes for an evening of fun and learning.
6pm-12am $5 vehicle/FREE

{September 21-23}
