If your not here, then you must be at WORK!

Baby Bear knows that if Mr. BBH is not home, then he is at work.  She understands the concept that he is not home and that work is where he goes.

Everyone thought it was really cute if you asked her where someone was, she would either point or say "work".   Then we realized that she thinks if someone is not with her it means that they are at work!  I love her thought process that she is understanding where people go.

Baby Bear Took my phone and is doing "CHEESE".
I love that she thinks that taking pictures is called "CHEESE"!

We made these delicious Zucchini Feta Dinner Pancakes that I found on a Kashi advertisement.

INGREDIENTS
I crossed out the things that we did not use
{Makes 16 pancakes}

3 cups grated zucchini (about 1 1/2 pounds total)
1/2 cup minced onion
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 egg white
3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano or basil
Nonstick cooking spray
*we also added 3 green onions and a hand full of chives

DIRECTIONS

1. Squeeze zucchini firmly to remove excess liquid. Transfer to bowl and mix with onion, feta, eggs, egg white, flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and oregano or basil. Blend well.

2. Heat wide frying pan over medium-high heat. Coat with cooking spray. Add 3 Tbsp of the zucchini mixture for each pancake. Spread to make approximately 4-inch circles. Cook about 3 minutes per side, turning once, until golden brown.
