Shining Your Metal Pots with No Chemicals
A tutorial by Baby Bear Hugs

Cleaning your pots is something that everyone dreads, I am not talking about the cleaning after you make something, I am taking about the perma-crust that ends up on the surface of the pans.  I have really nice pots that I got as a wedding present that are Allclad, they get brown spots on the surface and bottom so I clean them this way.

{supplies}
*hot water
*white vinegar
*soft cloth or microfiber cloth
*clean sink or washing tub
*scrubby sponge

First Take all your metal pots, pans, and utensils that need cleaning and put them in the sink with the plug in or wash tub.
{see the brown spots on the bottom}

Next Fill the tub with roughly equal parts water and vinegar

Let is sit for 30 minutes

Take a your scrubby sponge and scrub off the brown areas and wash with clean water

Dry off the pots with a soft cloth and they should look almost new.

If you want to use the water/vinegar for something else, you can use it to get rid of weeds or water azaleas, rhododendrons, hydrangeas and gardenias that love acidic soil (water down the mixture first)
